Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment as it makes its way back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your new exchange items will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
